My goods are said to be ready for dispatch, but that was on 18th March and it'll be a month soon. I was wondering if my goods are actually on their way or still in China.

What's the courier for it? We couldn't find any tracking information for CNSHADKRSELBAUY00363. It seems to be a wrong tracking nummber. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
