If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (refund you or send one again to you) as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Fraudulent company (2 replies)

Recieved 3 pairs of Burberry socks from Liushumei.
My order was for a Garmin watch.
Emailed the company requesting a refund. However will be going to my credit card company as well.
Do not touch this company with a barge poll!

Company needs to be investigated and shut down before anyone else gets scammed.

I am looking for a full refund as well.
