Hello
It says it was tried to be delivered but nobody was at home.
Where can i get my parcel? Is there a local storage where it is kept before sending back?

Hi Dimitri Dupont,

You need to contact the seller to check the new tracking number in Belgium. Then use the number to contact Belgium Post to ask for a redelivery.

My parcel have be in Guangzhou since 18th August 2021. System show handled over to airline. Sender have request parcel to be retrieve and send back to sender, however 2 weeks gone and parcel not retrieve.

I am tracking parcel CJ188312808US which was mailed on 7/14/21 and the parcel is being shown held in Customs in Ningbo, China.
