I have returned a parcel to company called Zoe Sydney.
My Australia Post app shows that the parcel is sitting at Ningbo Post Office, saying it is a taxable item and is awaiting custom clearance. Surely it does not take this long for custom clearance.
I have paid the returns free fees on my end as requested by the company, however the company refuses to follow this up.
The parcel has been at Ningbo since 19 January.
No matter how many emails I sent to the company, they continued to tell me the parcel is in transit.
Could you please explain to me how I get over this matter and receive my refund from the company in China?
