Return to proper cast???

My package was sent from China to Canada on December 3rd but has yet to arrive. It shows on China Post tracking as "return to the proper cast" on December 17th, 2020. What does this mean? Tracking number LZ523932193CN.

Have the same issue. Appears to have been returned to the seller

Hi Kevin Johnson,

It means it was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on Dec.17. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
