Hi, please check what is the reason that the shipping status shows "广州市, 退回妥投". What does it mean? Why is it returned?

Hi Kaka,

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on May 19. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

There should be no flight to Lebanon at present that makes it returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
