Send personal belongings to Bolivia

I would like to know if it is possible to send to Bolivia 15 packages 48cm x 48cm x 53 cm each one. I am returning to my country after 12 years living in China. I do not have big furniture, they are just emotional items that I want to take with me. I HAVE 3 QUESTIONS:
1. I only want to know if it is possible to send?
2. How is it charged? per volume or per kilo?
I will do the paperwork in my embassy for customs in Bolivia and make a list of items in every box.
3. Are there special requirements for the boxes to send internationally?
