Hello, will LK077016863CN be delivered to the USA within the next week or so? No update on tracking tool since 11/19/2016. Thank you!

Hello, I still have not received my package mailed 11/19/2016 from China to US (tracking # LK077016863CN) and now when I use the tracking tool I don't see the package at all.

I found your package was delayed in China for many days. It left China on Dec. 28. So, you may get it in the next week or the week after the next.

It's hard to contact EMS if you are outside China. +86 10 11183 is their number. But English service is hard to get. If you could let one of your Chinese friend help to call, that's better.

As it's sent by using ePacket, it should be arrived within 15 days. It's not normal. If it couldn't reach in the next week, you'd better let the sender contact China EMS to ask what happened to it.
