I would like to know the status of the shipment LT401663452NL. It is more than 20 days staying at the same place in Netherlands NLHAGB. Why it takes so much time without any progress? When can I expect shipment at final destination (Croatia)?

This package LT401663452NL was sent from China (AliExpress) but now it stays at Netherlands almost a month. What happened ?

It should be delayed due to the coronavirus. If you couldn't receive it in time, open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund.

does it mean that there is no control over package? I am surprised that I can not get any information about where my package is and when it will be delivered. I am aware about the corona situation but it is totally unacceptable to wait so long without any information about the package. Is it possible that it is lost ?

Hi Daisy,
finally, after more than two months from ordering I received my package (LT401663452NL). Checking the shipping history of this package, can be noticed that more than half of shipping time was spent at one place- Netherlands NLHAGB. Why package stayed at this point of shipping so long (one month) ? You could delegate this question to your superiors (managers) and let them think how to improve your company business in the future.
