Yes, it means it's shipped. There should be delivred to air transport before it leaves China. If it doesn't move for a month, you'd better contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have reached out to the seller numerous times (12+, I've lost count) regarding my package. There has been NO response from them, absolutely none. All the more reason to believe this is a scam, unless you can confirm otherwise. Why are packages being sent back to the seller? Why is the package under "Alert" status? It's been that way for a month. Aren't you the transport company moving the packages? I just want some answers and all you can do is refer me (and all the other customers waiting for their merchandise), back to the seller. The only positive here, not that it means anything, is the destination postal carrier was notified. Maybe there is hope......

So, who is providing the information about the whereabouts of the package/s?
The seller not responding to emails is not a comforting feeling. This has gotten scam written all over it!!!
