Dear all, our shipments are stuck in customs. According to the note, the document for value is missing. Can we send it to your mail adress to complete the customs process? Shipping numbers are: CA660051139AT and CA602222995AT. Thank you so much for your assistance. Best regards, Maria Schweissgut

Sorry, you need to contact the receiver in China to submit cargo declaration materials or go through return procedures. The receiver should have got the notice from the customs.
