Shipment to Canada was failed - Try again?

Hello!
I was supposed to receive a package from China Post and I was out of town while they were attempting delivery.
Can you please re-deliver? I will provide you with my tracking information.
Also, is there a way to not have to sign, and to have it left in my mailbox?

When it's in Canada, it's delivered by Canada Post. You need to contact Canada Post to ask for a re-delivery.

The tracking states it has arrived back to Beijing on August 27th.

The failed delivery attempt was on August 20th.

You need to contact the sender to deliver it again to you when he receives it. China Post couldn't deliver it again to you directly.
