My package says deliver has failed, the tracking# is AS837628055C. I'm confused how to proceed from here.

Hi Jason,

You need to require the seller to contact the courier to confirm your address and deilver it to you again.

Package says "inbound failed" (2 replies)

My package sent from Peking to Berlin via SF.Express. says "inbound failed" after it is out for delivery in Germany.
I would like to know what exactly does this mean, like shouldn't inbound failed means that the package is stuck at custom? Is it even possible that a package is inbound failed after it is out for delivery?
Also, I would like to have suggestions on what to do and who to contact next.
