Our shipping is lost

this shipment is delivered but the package has not arrived. which courier was used to deliver to italy? do we have a tracking number for this courier? there is nothing with the number in our possession.

I am going to start a big online business in Mauritius (near South Africa) and i need not expensive shipping, even if it takes 3 weeks or more to reach.
I cannot find shipping rates for Mauritius on your site. But i know your company does provide shipping to Mauritius since i am a frequent buyer on Aliexpress and many of the shipping to my country is done by china post.
Can you please email me all the shipping rates for Mauritius? Small parcels, large parcels etc
