I think I was cheated by the seller.

A parcel was sent to me from the USA. According to USPS tracking it departed Beijing for my city in Liaoning province on October 13. I checked with the post office and online and there is no record of this parcel’s tracking number. What can I do?

You'd better call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to check it for you.
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
2. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
