My package has been stuck in Sorting Center of Guangzhou for 23 days by now. Is it possible that my parcel got lost?

Hi Anna,

It should be delayed in Guangzhou. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if it will move. If it's still stuck, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
