States that package arrived at post office

Tracking states package arrived at the post office on 4/3/2022. Post office does not have package.

Tracking aq848635631cn states that package was delivered. Although I was home the entire day, no package was left at my home on 4/6/22 at 11:22 a.m. I went to the post office to see if they had the item and was told they never received anything.

I appreciate you getting back to me, i do have one concern. The person i bought the product from is no longer on ebay and the package never arrived, i spoke to my local post office and they advise you should have ben given a us tracking number from the china post tracking# as107669367cn. So can you please check to see if you were given a United States tracking# once it arrived in the United States and was released from customs. Thank you for all the help
