Sorry but my parcel apparently went to Korea on flight KE0828-0907 on 22nd September. But it's supposed to be delivered to U.K.
It's now 18th November, and still no sign of parcel.

Hello
Please update consignment # UJ217149369CN as item seems to be aboard Korean aircraft to Soeul instead of UK as promised. Seems other purchasers have experienced same so you need to provide details of where item is.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after March 21. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Tracking Number - UJ570253570CN
Package was supposed to arrive yesterday but doesn't look like it has even left the origin country yet. When I look on tracking it says it has a scheduled flight number KE0828-0907 which goes to Korea rather than the UK?
Please tell me when this will be arriving in the UK as I will be having to push through a refund.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. It needs to be transited to the third country then go to UK. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
