Tracking infomtaion of may parcel EV972449425CN hasn't been updated since May 9th,2021. I do not not the location of the shipment and nobody can give clear information. Could you pls assist. The last status is: "Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit 2021-05-09 14:40:44"

EMS is slow at present. It was handed over to the carrier transport on May 9 and should be delayed. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Kazakhstan after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
