Status of my parcel

Has my parcel departed Shenzhen, as the update says 'Shenzhen, delivered to air transport', but I have had this update before a month earlier?

Hi Fiona,

It didn't pass the check and returned back on May 18. It was delivered to air transport again on May 28. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My parcel was shipped on the 17th of November 2021 from Guangzhou to the US but has not been delivered. The last tracking status was on the 22nd of November with status “Arrived at Destination “.
