Status on delivery

Hi, I sent a package to my girlfriend in china. but after arriving to china I cannot track it anymore.
Tracking number is LY007715157SE
When she tried calling them they tell her that I should call the deliverer I used, but they do the same thing. Anything you can see?

My item number is LZ592202932CN. The repeated message keeps on showing item has been dispatched to designated country. I have been seeing this message every time when delivery status updates. Hi. I have been tracking my package and in April 27 it says “out for delivery”. This status is repeated on May 7. What does this means? Yesterday, both dates said “scheduled for delivery”.
