Status says “delivered” but I didn’t receive the order

My order status says “delivered” but I NEVER received it. Tracking number is AS811328438CN. I checked with my neighbors and none of them received anything as well. Where is my order???

Hi Sephy,

According to the tracking information, AS811328438CN was delivered on Dec.21. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
