The recipient had been called 12360. They said Custom received the declaration, however, the parcel still not arrive for them to check. Please check where is the parcel, thanks.

It's stuck at the customs now. If it couldn't be released, it should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
