Still don’t have my package

The tracking says delivered but I never received it and now am having to file a dispute. The tracking is AG704724423CN. I was not home the day it says it was delivered. It’s not here, and now I can’t get a refund unless I figure out what happened to it.

Hi Zakar,

According to the tracking information, AG704724423CN was delivered on June 10. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
