It's sent from Wuhan. Wuhan is the center city for the outbreak of coronavirus in China. Government has stopped all public transit in Wuhan. All airlines are cancelled. Highway and trains from/to Wuhan area are closed. Not sure when will be the end of the regulation. You can not do anything except waiting at this moment.
