Still in China, or arrived in Canada?

Hi MG,

It's already in Canada. As it's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Canada. So, you can't get more update after Dec.23. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.

I have a package that originated in China (LZ752470255CN) and the tracking states that it was delivered at its final destination in Canada. This is incorrect as it has not arrived. Canada Post states that an inquiry on its location can only be made by China Post and not by the recipient in Canada. How do I do this?
