Hi Khalid,

Your package has left China and is in transit to Ukraine now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

I hope you Can Clarify my question about package with Tracking number LZ524981916CN.

It says it has left with flight Arrival but in which country is my package stuck? It have Been stuck in a transit AirPort since 25 december.
Is it out of China now? Or Will i have to wait Much longer before I get it?
