Stuck at “assigned to transport”

My package has been stuck at “assigned to transport” since April 17th at Guangzhou, no updates since, is their any delays going on or what, because the seller said, 20days, and now it’s almost reaching twenty days past the last update!

My package has said Assigned To Transport since November 18. I have contacted the seller several times and he assures me this is normal and it often takes 6+ Months for something to be delivered. Is this actually true or is it lost and he doesn’t want to issue me a refund?
20 days is the estimated time. It may be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
