my package was said to have left china almost a month ago on december 18th and there have been no updates since. where is my package/is everything okay?

Hi abby,

It was received by airline on Dec.18 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My package LY921349895CN is stuck in Airline Departure. A flight to the USA from China is just a certain number of hours. Does "Departure" mean it actually departed, and flying in the air to the USA - or is it a false phrase? When will it reach the USA considering its departure from China?
