Stuck in customs clearance

How do I get my package out of customs. It has been there for over a week now. I am returning items I purchased from a seller back to the seller there is no cash value and returning an item back to the seller in China. How do I get my package out of customs and to the seller so I can get my refund from the seller.

Hello
The receiver has completed customs documents but it is still stuck. I am returning goods to seller. There is no customs to declare the value is zero as it is a return item . The receiver completed the customs form but still no answer on when it wi be released. When will it be released?

THE VALUE IS ZEEO NO MONEY NO VALUE IT IS S RETURN ITEM. There is not a tax for me to return something I purchased. So I put $10 in the form because it has zero value . It is being returned. The seller should not have to pay tax to get their own goods back to them. This is not correct.
Now if airs and I am waiting . Can someone release this so the seller can give me my refund at once. This is unacceptable this long weight. Fix this now and help me move this on

In this case, you can only wait for more days to see if it will be released. Sometimes, it takes 7-17 days to be released.

Hello. Yes I have waited. How do I talk to someone?
Because they are telling the person I’m sending to in China. The seller who I’m retiring goods to. That he has to pay 671rmb tax for the items which have no value because I am returning them to the seller.
The item only cost me 321rmb originally. So why is he having to pay a customs fee of 671rmb?
How do I get this resolved do the seller gets their item back and I am able to get my refund from the seller

For goods that were exported from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, the exporters will not be required to pay import duties, import value-added tax (“Import VAT”), and consumption tax on goods that are returned to China within one year of export (“Qualified Returned Goods”).

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
