hey I received a reply that my parcel of clothings are stuck at China for a month already! Arrived at China on 3rd June, why can’t it be smoothly delivered to receiver as its a month already? I have contacted the seller and plainly kept replying me at transit despite my update and instruction that the company/seller is to contact China Post as its stuck for a month already! I paid a hefty SGD30 to return rejected merchandise at my own cost for a refund..and I waited altogether 1/2 a yr in the whole process for the several deliveries between China and Singapore! Please do something, this is exasperating!

Hello, I need help with two packages that have been stuck in transit without an update for over a month, there are 2 that I’m waiting, RV497066564CN, RV486833747CN. At first I thought it was because of the pandemic and mail was delayed, but it has been over a month and nothing is happening, can you tell me when or if my package will arrive to me at any time because I’m getting tired of waiting and all I get from the seller is that I need to wait, that it’ll be delivered by dec 15 for one and with the other that I need to wait more time but at this point i don’t know if I’ll ever get my package
