My packages has not updated in about eight days since the shipment was marked as leaving the process senter from new york to florida. It should not take that long for the package to arrive and was wondering if there was any update or information you could provide.

Hi, my package made it to the states on i think December 20th. It has been stuck in New York since the 22nd. I have been checking periodically for updates, but to no avail. I was wondering if this is to be expected or should I inquire about the procedures for a lost parcel.
