Due to the Corona crisis, package delivery tot the Netherlands has been suspended. What does this mean for my parcel?
I have not had an update about my order since March 13th. I suppose it is still at Zhengzhou Airport and remain there for quite some time?

Dear China Post Customer Service,
I am contacting you regarding parcel LR515679680NL, which was shipped from the Netherlands on June 19, 2025.
According to the tracking records, the parcel arrived in Changsha and was last updated on July 5, 2025 with the status “sorting completed, ready for dispatch.” Since then, no further information has been provided, and more than 80 days have already passed.
When we visited the local post office, we were told that the sender did not purchase the full shipping service, and therefore no further information can be given to us as recipients.
We kindly ask for clarification:
Can you confirm the current status and location of this parcel?
Is it being held, returned, or discarded?
What steps should the sender or recipient take to recover or receive this parcel?
