My return Package to Winwinfulfillment (LY020583795SE) seem to be stuck in ciústoms.
It is a return order for a purchase from China. Therefore taxes and duties should not be necessary. How can we solve this?

Hi please can you help. I’m returning a parcel to China and my parcel is being held at customs because taxes and duties need to be paid. I have offered to pay the taxes and duties to get the parcel to them but don’t know how I can contact and pay online. The recipient isn’t being very helpful. The parcel number is EC111706300BE. I live in Australia and I returned a package to a shop in China. The package has been sitting there for weeks and the update says it's awaiting payment of taxes and duties. The shop i'm returning to won't pay this as it's a returned item, so how can I pay for it so it can be delivered to the shop? My tracking number is LX996765912NZ
