I sent a package on the 6th of August 2021 from Guangzhou China to my son in the Czech Republic. Today it is 15th of November 2021 and he did not receive it. The parcel was sent via surface because I sent a small fan with integrated battery among other stuff. The tracking number is CP387304743CN. No updates for long time. Can you claim refund on my behalf? I do not live in Guangzhou anymore, so I can not go in person to the post office to start official procedure.
