Hello , ı don't know if it's the right place to write but right now I am crying because ı lost all my money , for a birthday present .

I am a very lonely person so I just wanted to buy myself a gift but the sender didn't send me a good package and ı tryed to return and ı think in the and they did accept it . So ı did send the package and payed the shipping fee it was my last money . The sender did send this to me from China . And now the custom says "Item Returned from Customs" and for this I am crying ı did spend my last money on this and right now I m begging to you to help me . Please , send the package go sender . I really don't know what else to do . For severeal days ı m sleeplees and crying because of the steess .

Hello, I ordered some items off of DHGate and with a destination of the United States. My tracking code is UG888880710YP and I received a few odd delivery updates. On 2-02-23, I received an update of "Return Package dispatched". Then on the 6th, I got an update of "Package Return, Pickup by Shipper". Then on the 10th, I got my most recent update of "Package return, Delivered". I did not receive my package, nor did anyone in my house find a package, and I was thrown off by the part of the update that said "package return/ return package". Is this normal? Should I have expected my package? Thanks!
