The shipping hasn't arrived at my house even if the tracking says it's delivered

I ordered on DhGate website on the 8th november 2024.On the 6th december an email has come saying that the shipping had been delivered at my address. Your tracking also says that the package has been delivered, but I haven't receivd anything yet.
I wanted to know which carrier do you use in the italian territory and if is it possible to have new information about this shipping which hasn't already arrived.
The tracking code is AM555510537CN.

My tracking number is ZC51938530199 and its status has been delivered for 3 days but it hasn't arrived at my house, my house number is 91 Ashford road , is there any proof of delivery so i can try and retrieve my package from my neighbours if the delivery was mistaken for another house.
