Think been scammed

LV531719039CN is thanking number but on web site states it's a 4 wheel transformer mobility scooter, the company I am on talks with will not confirm item as now getting worried, if not what I ordered how do I get money back

In this case, you can only wait for it and if it's not what you ordered, open a dispute to get refund in time.
