Your site says I should contact the shipper in USA but I don't know who that is.

Hi Sherri Davis,

According to the tracking information, AS810858818CN was delivered on Dec.1. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The package in the tracker is showing delivered, but the delivery point on the map is south of my residence by a few miles. The tracker does not provide a shipper so I have no one locally that I can contact to review the delivery. The shipping address on the order is correct for my residence. Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered an online package on 6 July 2020 July and it has not reached the destination yet. According to the tracker it says : “CHINA, BEIJING, Item departed to final destination on 17/72020” . This is the tracking number RE106351161CN.
I would kindly like to know why I havent received my item yet, and why there is no update on the tracker since that date.

Base on the tracker AS838529183CN I have contact the local US post office and says that this tracking number do not apper in the system, That they need the tracking number that it's modify after arriving to USA, please send me the verification that the package has been received that includes the tracker of USPS.

On the tracking web there no tracking number at United States (as it say no corresponding Track). It says that in USA the company is USPS.
