Tracking feature not working

The box will not allow you to input a tracking number.

Hi,

We've tested and found there is no problem to input the tracking number.

May I ask you the following questions?
1. From which page you inputted your question?
2. What kind of browser you use? IE, Firefox, Chrome or others?
