Seller claims to have shipped my package (tracking #LW239379810CN), but tracking status remained as "A tracking number was provided" for several days now on the selling platform. I contacted seller, and he claims that he has contacted the logistics company (China Post) and that they told him it arrived at the airport and will update soon. It's strange, since I've tried tracking this package on the actual China post website, and there's no update, yet the seller is able to find out "where" it is. I think the seller is lying. Someone help.

You'd better confirm the tracking number again with the seller. We don't get any tracking information for it. Another reason is the seller is lying and hasn't shipped it out.

I type that in here and I do not see anything - why?
I used to. This was ordered a month ago, March 6th (within the 120 days your website says).
This parcel was transferred from you to UPS. When I tracked this before, your site provided a UPS tracking number. I cannot pick up the package without this tracking number.

This is a very frustrating experience with your service.
