Tracking has not updated at all since 'shipped'

I shipped using PD-EMS on the 6th April. My tracking number is EB812775610CN. This has shown no updates and can't be found on most tracking websites. What's going on?

Hi Petar,

There is no tracking information for it at present. The most possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. You need to contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

The sender is unable to provide any updates. Can i contact China post OR PD-EMS directly. Can you extensively check for an update please

I have ordered 2 days ago from DHgate and it is said that it was already shipped out. I looked for tracking logistics but there is none and it only says In Transit which I know it’s on the way. I just wanted to know where EXACTLY is my package because I’m going out of town.
