If there is no update, that means it hasn't arrived USA. It's still in transit to USA now. Just wait for another week for its arrival.

What is the update on this parcel - tracking CF132239894AU? I sent a laptop to China to be repaired, however it has been stuck at the customs in Shenzhen for a month now. With the latest update stating - Taxable mail pending payment by recipient. What does this mean? And what can I do in the future to prevent this from reoccurring?
