shipment tracking indicates the package was delivered on 12th of october 2023. But I received nothing. Can you please check or tell me who signed for the receipt of the package.

I have been waiting for my 5 items that have been held by custom in a facility in Guangzhou, China since March 1st, 2025.  It was the China Postal Express & Logistics company used and I found them on the Chinese Post Office online with this email to contact them and explain my situation.  It is now 17 days later and there has been no update. Can you please help me out with my items so they that they can be moved forward and not be in custom?   The tracking provided is EU818238092CN for the China Postal Express & Logistics for all 5 items to be shipped to the United States, in Carson, California, which would then go to USPS to be delivered to my home.
