Hi I have purchased an item from Petmize who are using China Postal Express and Logistics company with a tracking number LO474689946CN
This has not moved since 21st Nov, when will it be shipped on?

Hi Suzanne Ashmore,

Your package left China on Nov. 23 and is in transit to your country now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
