Tracking # ZA05655128701 Was suppose to be landed at the address of 15 Church St. (East Gwillimbury) Holland Landing April 24th 2026. HAS NOT ARRIVED. Who do you ship with in Canada? Will need there tracking number, so we can get the package.

Hi, I sent a return package via Canada post from Canada to China (Suzhou). The package is now being held by custom, as it seems that tax is required to be paid. There is a language barrier between the seller and I, but the seller seems to be confused as to what to do. The last tracking says that material is needed from the addressee.
