Hi,
I ship two packages with China-Post carrier, the items were delivered, but my buyer told me there are didn't received it.
My question is- with which carrier China-Post working in the USA.
After the package arrived in the USA- What company take the package to the USA address.
These the tracking numbers:
AS455872343CN
AS455873216CN

If you can not assistant me- could you give me the email support address of China-Post?

Hi Koren,

They should be delivered by USPS in the US. I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

Only this information since it's been shipped out: Item is announced / bpost received the information.

Your website shows tracking information for the above number, which I purchased on 10/25. It shows all tracking information, customs clearance, etc, up to November 6th, where it shows delivered. However I received no package. The USPS needs to know their tracking number that was transferred from you so as to see where it might be. Do you have that information, please? Otherwise I will assume it was never actually shipped or something like that. A quick response would be much appreciated.
