Hi, my tracking number is RV103579935CN. It's been a month and it's been repeating "arrive export exchange" then "loading completed insorting center" for long while.

My parcel RV247383895CN tracking information states that parcel has "Arrived in destination country" , in the further information it say export exchange, where exactly is my package and when should I expect it

my two parcels with tracking numbers CP419420544CN &
CP419420527CN were shipped on 30/08/2021 from China to Pakistan...but i got only one parcel with tracking number CP419420544CN. My other parcel with tracking number CP419420527CN did not reach me. I paid 1041 yuan for that parcel.
