Tracking of package stranded for more than 3 weeks

Hello,
I have a package that has been stranded for 3 weeks , it is original from Banggood , the tracking number is 612196750264. Could you help me understand what is happening?

There is no update for it after August 7. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
