Tracking is RZ093907550GB and it is showing as being in Fuzhou since 7 August 2017.

It has been in Fuzhou Xindu post branch since August 7. China Post didn't deliver it to the sender may because the address is not correct or the recipient couldn't be connected. You'd better contact the seller and let him call China Post service number 11183 to make sure the address is right and require redelivery.

Hi, a package I am returning is being held by import customers in Fuzhou, CHINA since 2/15/2020, after being process through the office of exchange on 2/15. Tracking number is CH091105051US. Paypal will not credit me with the return until I can tell them why it is being held in customs. Any information you can provide would be very much appreciated.

It has beedn retained by the customns in Fuzhou since Feb. 20. It will pass the check if there is no problem.
